Good design is found in an object, but great design is found in an experience. As a designer, it is crucial to create a design that generates an experience for the user.

I lead end-to-end human-centered design strategy, leveraging AI agents to automate administrative healthcare workflows that reduce cognitive load and improve user efficiency. I also manage and mentor designers across smaller initiatives while partnering with Human Factors to drive user research strategy, validate design solutions, and uncover key insights into user workflows, challenges, and daily operations.

Designed a product for practice managers to monitor resources, place blocks on resource calendars, and manage how impacted appointments are handled and rescheduled. Hired as a contract designer for the Value Card team, I designed greeting cards for a wide range of occasions, audiences, and emotional moments. I collaborated with designers, art directors, and creative directors to develop concepts, lettering, and layouts that balanced emotion, trend, color, editorial tone, and visual impact. I also developed onboarding checklists and instructional resources to help new employees transition more efficiently into their roles as Hallmark designers.
