CareAware Connect Messenger is a clinician mobility solution that delivers secure texting via smartphone device or computer. Connect Messenger is a web-based operating system that utilizes some native application functionality.
The Challenge
Technical debt and backend limitations were the primary challenges I navigated while working on Connect Messenger. The product had been in place for years, and the team wanted to expand its capabilities to better compete with modern messaging solutions. The challenge was finding opportunities to improve the user experience while working within the constraints of the existing technology and backend architecture.
